Nicholas, a native of Richmond, Virginia, earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Virginia State University and holds a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. With a strong track record in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion, he brings a wealth of expertise in fostering equitable and inclusive workplace practices. Nicholas currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services at the District Department of Transportation and is a dedicated board member of the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity, where he actively supports advancing equity in education and the workforce.
